Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment time and you cancel last minute, and/or if you no call, no show you will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled. No excuses will be opted out for this. And absolutely NO refunds will be issued. If you lock your card/it does not allow me to charge it if you cancel last minute, you will be banned for life. My time is money, thank you.
